Tasha Reign Earns Crossover Star of the Year Nod for 2013 AVN Awards

High-profile adult superstar/college student Tasha Reign has received a nomination for Crossover Star of the Year honors at the 2013 AVN Awards. Now in her second year in the adult industry, the nomination recognizes Tasha’s accomplishments and high mainstream profile.

“Being nominated for Crossover Star of the Year is a huge honor,” Tasha says. “I’m thankful for all the mainstream media coverage I’ve received, as it allows me to introduce many people to how wonderful the adult industry truly is.”

In the past year, Tasha was profiled in the UK tabloid newspaper Sunday Sport and featured by TMZ, Page 6, Inside Edition, Huffington Post, PerezHilton.com, and more. The young star was also a guest speaker at UCLA, where she is a student and is a music critic for Rock Confidential magazine.

Earlier in 2012, Tasha started her own production company, Reign Productions, and launched her official TashaReign.com website. Tasha was nominated for her featuring performances by Exotic Dancer Magazine and was named Must-See Girl of the Month for June by Dr. Jay of XCritic.com. During the summer she was the Most Searched Performer on adult portal site FreeOnes.com, which offers links to more than 300 sites featuring Tasha.

In her 2 years as an adult performer, Tasha Reign has appeared in some 50 productions, including a “Zorro XXX: A Pleasure Dynasty Parody,” “Sexual Makeover” for Penthouse Video, and “Swimsuit Calendar Girls” for Elegant Angel. She started her adult career as a dancer at gentlemen’s clubs following a featured part on reality TV, studying for bachelor’s degree in Women’s Studies from UCLA by day and dancing in clubs at night. Tasha earned a Best New Starlet nomination at the 2012 XBIZ Awards, where she also served as a Trophy Girl.
